When I started my endurance journey in 2010 I ran in ASICS and have done so ever since. It made me so proud to join the ASICS UK Frontrunner team and wear their amazing kit and shoes.

I take great pride in what I put into my body (Unless its a cake stop on a ride) and have come to learn that the higher quality ingredients used the more I will get out of what I eat.
